Terms applicable to collaborations
The terms and conditions outlined below govern the use and transactions (collaborations) conducted through this website, for which the FUNDACIÓ CONGRÉS DE CULTURA CATALANA is responsible.
When making a donation, it is mandatory to read and understand these general conditions. You must expressly accept them by checking the box for "I accept the Privacy Policy and the General Conditions."
This document is accessible on the website at all times.
FUNDACIÓ CONGRÉS DE CULTURA CATALANA reserves the right to cancel the service and/or modify these conditions to adapt to the applicable regulations at any time.

Process of a One-Time Financial Contribution
In the process, you will fill in the information requested in the form and check the boxes corresponding to the acceptance of the privacy policy and general conditions.
Select the payment method:
- Credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
- Bank transfer.
The bank account for donations by transfer is as follows:

A minimum donation of X euros is established for one-time donations.
If requested, the donor will receive a certificate of the donation made for their justification for tax purposes.
The donor will receive a message about the transaction made via the provided email.
Process of Periodic Financial Donation
In the process, you will fill in the information requested in the form and check the boxes corresponding to the acceptance of the privacy policy and general conditions.
You will then choose the frequency with which you wish to make the periodic donation.
You will fill in the IBAN field with the account number where you wish to domicile the donations.
A minimum donation of X€ is established for periodic donations. If requested, the donor will receive a certificate of the donation made for their justification for tax purposes.
The donor will receive a message about the transaction made via the provided email.
Deliveries and Withdrawal
The donations or contributions made are unconditional and intended for the general purposes of the FUNDACIÓ CONGRÉS DE CULTURA CATALANA, which means they do not involve the delivery of any product or service, nor is there a right of withdrawal, as established by Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade Organization and Law 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
In any case, one-time donations are understood to be irrevocable, and therefore the return of the donation is not contemplated.
Tax Regime
Donations and contributions made by individuals or legal entities to the FUNDACIÓ CONGRÉS DE CULTURA CATALANA (entity subject to Law 49/2002 on the Tax Regime of Non-Profit Entities and the tax incentives for patronage) entitle donors to a deduction in the taxable amount of the Personal Income Tax or the Corporate Tax.
FUNDACIÓ CONGRÉS DE CULTURA CATALANA will send to the email address provided by the donor the corresponding certificate of their contribution, if requested.
According to current legislation on money laundering, donations of amounts starting from 100 euros require the donor to send a copy of their ID.
